  • If you add additional connections during the original agreement term, the minimum term will end on the same date as the original agreement. This eliminates the issue of having multiple contract end dates for different connections.

  • Sim only customers are able to reduce the contracted number of connections by up to 10% during the agreement term without any charge. This is particularly helpful when colleagues leave and their mobile connection is no longer required.
